Our Guarntee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. By this policy, all online returns and exchanges for purchases paid using a debit card or credit and other means of payment will require a verification before any refund or exchange is allowed.

Retail Store Purchase

Mai Serenity will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 15 days of the original purchase. The original receipt must accompany requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased. A gift receipt must accompany dispute for exchange merchandise received as a gift. Refunds will be made in the form of an initial payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Purchases made using credit cards or debit cards will be the method through which refund is received. All monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all lingerie, vintage items, and product that have been altered are final sale.

Option 1: Return or exchange an item with our prepaid return service

Note: Future reference-Mai Serenity provides Flex Label provides quick, convenient replacement service. Our Flex Label works with both UPS and the U.S. Postal Service, DHL services.

• Shipping charges are prepaid, and no additional postage is required.
• For Mai Serenity Insiders, return shipping is free. For all others, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund: All items can be returned for a flat rate of $7.50. Simply affix the Flex Label to your package and drop it in a UPS drop box or at a UPS store, or give it to a UPS carrier or DHL services flat rate. You may also drop it in a mailbox, drop it off at the post office or give it to your postal carrier.
• Please seal the package securely and affix the Flex Label provided on the bottom of your customer receipts. The Flex Label cannot be used for shipments outside the 50 states; Washington, DC; or Puerto Rico; or for a gift exchange or group sales.

Option 2: Return or exchange an item on your own

You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trakeable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund by this policy. Please be certain to insure the package.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or have the item(s) sent back for a future purchase.
• All unacceptable returns will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donanated to charity.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is 7 to 21 business days- free. Expedited shipping  requires an additional rate of  $11.00 for shipment within contented United State. Other countries may varies.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
• Your name and billing address
• The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
• The original purchase prices and approximate date of purchase
• The item number of the merchandise, if available

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email Darling-Mai Garway at maireal12@gmail or mairerenity.com within 15 days of the original purchase to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. Mai and her team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped.

Price Adjustment

Mai Serenity honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date, if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
